Did HERB & MARION SANDLER direct their mortage agents to make several bad loans since they were trying to sell?

The sale netted the Sandlers $2.3 Billion and led to a complete collapse of Wachovia, once the poor mortgages that the Sandlers improperly made became delinquent, shortly after the sale.

What are the chances that BARACK OBAMA and ERIC HOLDER will properly investigate this, given the SANDLER’s status as Sugar Daddies of the Democratic Party!???

Seem like raising the caps on federally insurable mortgages and having the various gov’t underwriting agencies purchase unvetted portfolios of mortgages effectively nationalizes the home mortage industry. SInce I am reading that there may be $2 trillion of bad loans out there, I suspect that means we as taxpayers will then be on the hook for that much in bad loans. Why do I think we are seeing another Savings and Loan Scandal? I sure hope I am wrong.

Do they think we just woke up in a cabbage patch or what? Isn’t this just bankers trying to take advantage of people by giving them loans at such high interest rates that they end up losing their homes to the banker so the banker then owns the home? And now they want the tax payers to pick up the tab because of their bad business choices since they can’t sell them for a profit like they intended?
