My mortage is with Countrywide and I am looking for a way to pay my mortage payment with my credit card that gives me airmiles. They won’t accept a credit card payment and I can’t buy money orders with a credti card. Any other ideas?

You’re a government employee. A teaching job is usually a job for life, so go get one now while the rates are REALLY low.

Q&A: Can you adjust your mortage rate lower by negiotation in this market?

Question by OZ2003: Can you adjust your mortage rate lower by negiotation in this market?
Hi there, I was wondering, I currently have two mortages, and 80/20 since I had no down payment. My 80 10 year interest is fixed at 6.125% and my 20 30 year fixed is at 8.25%. I don’t want to refinance and pay all closing costs, but could I call my mortgage company and work a better deal with the way the market is. I have a stable job and always pay on time.

Best answer:

Answer by CT Home Loans
I have never heard of a lender doing that. You can refinance now and most lenders are paying the closing costs. You really should not have to pay anything at closing.

Q&A: loan modification or refinance service charge?

Question by : loan modification or refinance service charge?
how much is the average charge of mortage company to modify or refinance a loan?

Best answer:

Answer by George L
If you are a struggling homeowner unable to make your current house payments, you are in need of loan modification help. If you are in this position, you may have seen one of the many loan modification companies that advertise that they can help you get a loan workout. However, when you call them up they want you to pay anywhere from $ 1500 to $ 5000 upfront before they will even start on your application! This is outrageous and can’t be legal, can it? The answer is…it depends. You can get the more best solution from here http://www.iloanshop.com/loan_modification_stop_foreclosure.php……!Good Luck….!
