(not mft home) Bank told us we could not get a FHA loan only b/c it was a trailer. Please help …. hearing two different things. Should we try a mortage company? (Bank was very rude)

I believe you can, as I was looking into this myself – there is only a problem if you are trying to build one of these. As yours is already built on a permenant foundation it is a regular house – but will still have to pass stringent FHA inspection. Good Luck.
