foreclosed home. It was a manufactured home with huge 2000 sqft. additions. It is on a permanent foundation and was filed with the county (not sure what it is called) and is no longer considered a manufactured home. ????? The real estate agent showed us stating in papers where the home is considered a house which is filed with the county. (not mft home) Bank told us we could not get a FHA loan only b/c it was a trailer. Please help …. hearing two different things. Should we try a mortage company? (Bank was very rude)

I believe you can, as I was looking into this myself – there is only a problem if you are trying to build one of these. As yours is already built on a permenant foundation it is a regular house – but will still have to pass stringent FHA inspection. Good Luck.
